It feel so horrible when your skin is tanned, darkened or lost the glow. And having the uneven skin tone is an extra burden to every girl out there. So here goes one of my techniques which I follow inside my beauty cabin. And believe me it really works.  Ingredients :   2 tbl. spoons  - green gram flour  2 tbl. spoons  - gram flour            1/2 tbl. spoon - kasthuri turmeric (Wild Turmeric)   1/2 cup          - curd Mix the ingredients together and make a fine paste. Clean your face thoroughly. Apply the pack evenly on your face and neck. Leave it for 30 min to dry. For better results, leave it for 1 - 2 hours. Wash it off with water and wipe your face with a soft towel. Continue this process for at-least 1 week to see the difference. The first thing I need to do to find sufficient time, is to be energetic throughout the whole day. But it would remain impossible if I continue to feel lazy and lethargic all the time.    Solution is to wake up in the morning regularly at a specific time. Yeah...its a tedious idea given by many people. But the fact is , its worth it. When we practice this regularly, our internal clock will be auto reset and will alert us on daily basis at the correct time.  Of course, there is a clock within ourselves which regularly alert our internal parts automatically and trigger certain responds. Is it possible to change the internal clock within a day? Yes, its possible. HOW I CHANGED MY LIFESTYLE

I always had trouble in getting to bed on time and getting out of bed on time. This made my daily routine a hectic one. I always had to rush, skip meals, deal with a lot of stress. I could not complete my tasks on time, as I had been practiced as a last minute worker. At certain circumstances, I was not able to handle my stress level as multiple deadlines were out there ahead. My frustration level continued to increase and I started loosing interest on my regular activities. I started feeling more lethargic. At one point, I became tired of giving excuses and getting blamed and insulted by various people. I figured out that I have almost lost my dignity among my socio people. My performance rate also had declined. I had to figure out a solution to solve all this.
