HOW I CHANGED MY LIFESTYLE

I always had trouble in getting to bed on time and getting out of bed on time. This made my daily routine a hectic one. I always had to rush, skip meals, deal with a lot of stress. I could not complete my tasks on time, as I had been practiced as a last minute worker.
At certain circumstances, I was not able to handle my stress level as multiple deadlines were out there ahead. My frustration level continued to increase and I started loosing interest on my regular activities. I started feeling more lethargic. At one point, I became tired of giving excuses and getting blamed and insulted by various people. I figured out that I have almost lost my dignity among my socio people. My performance rate also had declined.
I had to figure out a solution to solve all this. I went through the google sites; did lots of transaction analysis within myself; started reading motivated quotes.
As a result of all these, I figured out the following facts :
  • I am least cared about self grooming on regular basis
  • I do not feel sleepy in the night
  • I do google a lot or watch TV in late nights
  • I fall asleep in the early mornings
  • I wake up late
  • I am skipping my meals
  • I am always late to classes. 
  • I am not finishing my regular tasks on time, instead I delay them 
  • I am always feeling lethargic and lost interest in anything
  • I do not have any healthy friends circle or at least I am least bothered to build one
  • I am not doing any regular physical exercises
  • I always give excuses and apologies but never changed my habit
  • At the end of the day I continue to complain that time is not enough
  • I victimize myself by blaming that others do not understand my personal issues.
But this is never going to help me in anyways. My to-do list will keep on increasing. No one will ever be able to help me out of this stress. Only thing I could do to save myself and to secure my self dignity is to choose to change my habit and behavior. But how?
I have to take the responsibility for each and every issues happening in my life.
Whatever is happening to me is a consequent of my own activities.
I have to organize my time, plan my life and live according to my schedule
This is going to be the first step. But the difficult one!
That means I have to find more time or need to allocate the available time properly out of the available 24 hrs.
